What to Expect, based on the class you choose:

OPEN PRACTICE: A balanced class, combining strength, flexibility & breath-work. Suitable for people with some prior exposure to Yoga.

75-minute Class:

  • 6:00 - 7:15 hrs IST (Mon - Fri)

  • 10:30 - 11:45 hrs IST (Mon, Wed, Fri)

60-minute Class:

  • 18:30-19:30 hrs IST (Wed)

YOGA-FOR-ALL: A medium-paced stretches, mindful movement & deep restoration. Suitable for people with a little or no prior exposure to Yoga.

60-minute Class:

  • 8:15 - 9:15 hrs IST (Mon - Sat - excl. Wed)

INTENSE FAT-LOSS YOGA: High-energy flows, strength-based drills & cardio-boosting sequences for stamina and fat burn

  • 10:30 - 11:45 hrs IST (Tue, Thu)

  • 18:30 - 19:30 hrs IST (Mon - Fri excl. Wed)

45-minute Class:

KIDS YOGA: Movement through stories, fun challenges, balance & focus

  • 7:00 - 7:45 hrs IST (Sundays)

60-minute Class:

PREGNANCY YOGA: Safe postures, breath-work, mobility & relaxation structured for each trimester

  • 10:30 - 11:15 hrs IST (Mon, Wed, Fri)
