21 Day Yoga Challenge

Let us all celebrate this International Day of Yoga accepting a challenge to be stronger, flexible and chiselled. Yoga Vedanta is organising live, online cumulative daily Yoga practice under the guidance of our senior teachers.

Dates: 1st June 2022 to 21st June 2022 (USA - PST: 31st May to 20th June 2022)

 

Timings:

  • INDIA (IST) - 06:30-07:25 & 10:30-11:25

  • USA (PST) - 18:00-18:55 & 22:00-22:55 (Starts 31st May 2022)

  • UK (BST) - 06:00-06:55

  • AUS (AEST) - 11:00-11:55 & 15:00-15:55

Session Duration: 55 minutes

Charges: ₹2100

Objective: Test and develop endurance with respect to Flexibility & Strength and transform yourself by achieving Fat-loss goals. 

The Program:

Day 1, 2 & 3: Preparatory Phase - Intuiting awareness on the breath and Pranic energy, Subtle Yogic movements, stretches and alignment focused on the muscles, joints, tendon & ligaments and activating all the vital functions of the body. It will prepare your body to take up more challenging Yoga regime ahead.

Day 4 to 9: Activation phase -Yoga flows for flexibility & strength building with breath awareness on different pairs of muscles in the whole body, attuning them for the forthcoming accentuated Yoga activities.

Day 10 to 15: Accentuation Phase - Directed at target areas, the practice gets more consuming with Yoga workout focused on fat reduction and strength building.

Day 16 to 21: High Intensity Phase - Intense practice settling you into the groove for maintaining the tempo in your follow-up practice after the program.
